How payment and refunds work

Cards are authorized, never charged, until 1 of 14 attendees commit (60%). Before the booking locks, anyone can leave without being charged. After it locks, payments are captured and a player who cancels is refunded only if someone else fills their spot before kickoff — including inside 24 hours. If the match never reaches the minimum, every hold is released and nobody is charged.
